Is this just one of those deals where a comic strip character gets irrationally angry over something a normal person wouldn’t even notice? I mean, when we go to our favorite Italian restaurant, I always order spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. Sometimes I will look at the menu anyway, and usually my wife points out that I shouldn’t bother because I’m going to order spaghetti with Bolognese sauce anyway.

And I have never — she’s willing to put this in writing — responded by storming off in a huff.
