Misdirected E-Mails
Cidu Bill on Feb 16th 2011
In all these years, I’ve never sent an e-mail intended for one person to a different person by mistake. Until this afternoon.
It could have been worse, of course: I sent “At the very least, I’ve interviewed Mark Fuhrman, ‘Donny Brasco,’ a former mob boss and the leader of a white supremacist group, so that should be worth a few minutes of entertainment,” to the guy I play racquetball with (in response to “I reserved a court for tomorrow at 8, can you make it?”) instead of to the guy who wants me to speak at a dinner about my magazine work.
So I’m curious… Has anybody out there made this sort of error in a manner that was worse? Or better yet, amusing?
