    Yes, the cup bulked up. The spoon, however, kept shrinking, and the sugar cubes eventually fell off completely.

    Since medications (or “supplements”) dispensed as creams are usually for topical application, that would mean these got squeezed from a tube or scooped from a jar, like ointment but not oil-based — unlike dairy cream or coffee “creamer” liquids, which are liquid and can pour.

    And what’s your point?
