I think a spatula would be helluva lot more useful than a hook. Just think how popular you’d be at a cookout.
Are they still making Mutt & Jeff?

Guy & Rodd to follow up with, “There’s a baby in my cole slaw!” Or, now that I think about it, not.

Excellent LOLs; I especially like the Arlo & Janis. How old is the Mutt and Jeff? That looks like it might be Budd Fisher’s signature, and he died in 1954.

I loved the Cyanide and Happiness one. Oh, how often I longed to explain to students that the only thing wrong with their papers was everything.

Isn’t the Remedial War College a “rerun” for this site? I am sure I have seen it here before as a LOL.

I really enjoyed the A&J and the Brevity. In the latter, there’s something wonderfully slippy about the way the world is alternately one where symbolism is truth and one where reality is mere reality. After the second panel, you go back to the first one and ask “Why are these people smiling?” — where originally there was no problem, since they “knew” the baby was being delivered by the stork.

Check out the enigmatic look on the buff pirate.

You already know this one so I’ll tell you only the last two lines.
“But how did THAT cause you to lose your eye?”
“It was my first day with the hook.”

I’ve often wondered if a stork could actually carry and fly with a human infant.

Did anybody else besides me immediately think of Spongebob Squarepants when they saw that pirate comic?

Spongebob?! SPONGEBOB???!!!!
I try to think of Spongebob as little as possible. You know how there are some people who really hated Barney the purple dinosaur? I HATE Spongebob even more.
