amo, in the Preteena (first one) as John DiFool points out, both the girls are supposed to be far more naive than we would realistically expect. They don’t understand what “bad boy” conveys or why a reader of that magazine would want to take a shower with one. Can’t say why that makes it funny, but maybe a little bit touching.
