Elyrest: Just loved the drawing in this one.

The lower “Off The Mark” about the text and the sign made me wonder if it could have been meant for his auto mechanic rather than his doctor.
Which leads into Arlo territory by reminding me of a scene from an old comedy movie where a woman thought a mechanic was a doctor and he thought she was talking about her car’s rear end until he looked up on his rack.
I still got the wardrobe malfunction gag. That incident achieved immortality by coining the phrase, “wardrobe malfunction.”

I was going to submit the Star Wars one for a “Too-much-setup-not-enough-joke” which shouldn’t be possible for a SINGLE PANEL!!

The Starwars one is hands-down the best LOL! And as the father of a 7-year-old, I so get the french one!
Bob - I agree about the text. Perhaps he couldn’t get them to allow the word ‘butt’ - or didn’t think of it? Having had emails sometimes go to the wrong person (and received a few errors) it does make you wonder why a lot more embarrassing stuff hasn’t ended up on You-Tube.
