I assumed she was fined for not using a crosswalk.

I suspect this was retribution instead of an accident in which case I commend the driver that hit her.

    Words to live by.

“… fined for her boo-boo … who wrote that?”

But it might have been the newsreader himself who wrote it of course.

It always amazes me when people do stupid things and when they result in something bad happening they act shocked … shocked !!!

She didn’t learn much if she agreed to “flash” again so the news cameras could film it…

  7. Judge Mental Feb 25th 2010 at 10:02 am 7

Despite your assurances that it “safe for work”, my firewall at work has blocked the site as potentially “pornographic”. (a first for a link from CIDU)

  8. CIDU Bill Feb 25th 2010 at 10:13 am 8

Judge Mental, I only take responsibility for my own judgments, not those of the guy who set up your firewall.

@virstultus - She was lifting her shirt for the camera but presumably this time she wasn’t flashing anything and had something on underneath.

I had seen an earlier report of this story elsewhere and the judge I think told her to flash cows if she wanted to flash in public. They even had a clip of her doing that, but once again it was from the back.

If you are going to flash people be smart and do it where they can’t get at you.

    Elyrest #10

My … you sound experienced in this matter :-P

  12. Elyrest Feb 25th 2010 at 11:41 am 12

I may have, inadvertently, flashed a person, or two, in my day. :-)

The header for the video says (via Google translate) : Drunken teenager hit by car - showing the boobs. That may be why it’s blocked even if there are no boobs shown.

Nicole #5, this New Zealand girl did own up to her own stupidity. Refreshing!

  16. Nicole Feb 25th 2010 at 01:20 pm 16

    Keera # 15 …. must be a cultural thing

  17. Igelino Feb 25th 2010 at 02:58 pm 17

so if you’re flashing cows, it’s ok? Even if it causes a traffic accident?

  18. Elyrest Feb 25th 2010 at 03:37 pm 18

Igelino (17) - Would that be a mooving violation?

  19. AMC Feb 25th 2010 at 09:41 pm 19

    It would be udder chaos.

  20. Jeff S. Feb 25th 2010 at 10:19 pm 20

They’ll honk their horns at you too.

  21. S.P. Charles Feb 25th 2010 at 10:31 pm 21

I think she was actually fined for showing her kiwis.

  22. Joshua Feb 26th 2010 at 10:17 pm 22

Rasheed: Your company blocks search engines?

  23. Arvy Feb 27th 2010 at 01:06 am 23

Elyrest, AMC, and Jeff S., I think you guys have milked this joke quite enough!

  24. Rasheed Mar 1st 2010 at 12:25 pm 24

Re: Joshua, No, I’m not sure what all we block, and there are many inconsistencies and blatant errors. I work for a local city government, and someone internal emailed the whole city saying access to one of our test webservers was blocked due to “pornography.” I need to check back with the IT guys to see whatever happened with THAT.
