Is it a black cat eating licorice in the dark or a polar bear eating vanilla ice cream in a blizzard?

He should just go out and buy some Large to fit better.

Wow, so many words… this is the kind of strip that hurts my brain.

In case anyone didn’t know…Ces (i’m gonna pretend like we are friends and call him that) also pens Sally Forth, which is one of the funniest and most consistently well written strips in syndication.

Back when Greg Howard retired from writing and drawing Sally Forth, I was very disappointed with the new “loose” style, but things settled down after a few adjustments, and the writing stayed OK. I wouldn’t say that the current artist/writer combination is any better or worse than the original, I just find it difficult to get excited about an “inherited” strip.
