Pigeons do their thing around park statues, so this is a park statue in the bathroom. Were the pigeon a male dog, we would have seen a fire hydrant in place of the statue.

One of the things that made this funnier for me is that the odd way the bird’s left wing is drawn made it look for a moment like someone carrying a newspaper under their arm.
