    It’s gotta be the men’s room, because if it were the ladies’, there would be a sign saying “Please put the hat back on after you are finished.”

    One of the things that made this funnier for me is that the odd way the bird’s left wing is drawn made it look for a moment like someone carrying a newspaper under their arm.

    Poor artwork choice — it looks like the bathroom is two panels. I couldn’t get what the significance of the sink in the second panel was!

    Pigeons do their thing around park statues, so this is a park statue in the bathroom. Were the pigeon a male dog, we would have seen a fire hydrant in place of the statue.
