I don’t know about anybody else, but I’m amused by the fact that New Jersey gubernatorial candidate Chris Christie’s official website has a link to his ”88 Ways Chris Christie will fix New Jersey” list, and the link is broken (it links to an older, no-longer-existing page called “79 Ways…”; the new page was a new name, but nobody thought to change the link that’s supposed to lead to it).

I guess that’s the 89th thing that should be fixed.

eeyore19: It would be one thing if the caption said “Mommy, what do the little stars and symbols mean?” The way it’s written has Dolly actually saying “# @ X*&!” (or at least trying to “spell” it out). To me, if she’s sounding it out loud, she’s actually asking “Mommy, what does ‘pound at X asterisk ampersand exclamation point’ spell?” It’s just really bothering me.

Hmmm… That can’t be the punchline here, can it? The fact that both Smokey and Batman sometimes use the “the” and sometimes don’t??
