“I’m not really Jewish. I’m just drawn that way.”

I suspect it’s more ‘odd’ than ‘Jew’ he’s worried about. Len breaks out with a weird desire for conformity every once in a while…

Perhaps it is not so much a worry about being “outed” as the embarrassment of somebody bringing his/her own food into a restaurant(some establishments frown upon this) Sort of like parents who go to a full service restaurant, but have to bring along a happy meal so their kids have something to eat.

Matzah = Constipation Is that where the phrase “Let my people go” came from?

Bearman: Whole wheat matzah. 4g of fiber each.
(I don’t eat white bread the rest of the year; why would I start just because it’s unleavened?)

True story - Freshman year of college, my roommate’s mother sends her a CASE of matzoh (Like the dining hall and Hillel Foundation have never heard of the stuff…). By day 3 of Pesach, she’s so sick of it, she’s giving it away to any shicksa she can pawn it off on and we’re going crazy for it! Her mother is stunned to get a phone call requesting a second case - this time our girl SELLS it! Entrepreneurship lives, especially at 3 AM in a college dorm…
