From the looks of them from behind - buck teeth, slack jaw, hairy ears, thick glasses and a chin hairs on the lady - I'm supposing that these two would naturally have a pretty homely child. So if they use this company to have an attractive one they are going to have a gap in age and in looks. That's gonna be one ugly bomb that's gonna hit in a few years. I’m guessing that because the couple is at “In Utero Aesthetics, Inc.” that they are trying to have an attractive child.
