Jimmy Johnson Doesn’t Understand Teenage Boys

No way that turkey leg is still around by Friday afternoon: Gene would have polished it off by 2am.

We went to in-laws for dinner, so we didn’t have leftovers here. An hour after we got home, my Gene-aged son and his friends took off to White Castle for their next meal.

Happy Black Friday to all.

The novelty of the turkey leg has passed by the time Gene reached puberty. Interest in the Turkey leg declines at the same rate that as interest in the female leg increases. My experience that the fabled turkey leg tends to end up in casseroles or pot pies or as a midnight snack because it’s convenient finger food. Hope you all enjoyed the day.

My son manages to maintain a strong interest in both.

Hopefully the two interests manifest themselves differently.
