Come on, the other pair of swim fins were in a different position, because they “were mating”. I think the little girl nows more about sex than many in here (human sex, at least! The mother should be preoccupied however).

The fish tail is the obvious way to show it’s an aquarium. A second set of flippers is unnecessary.

I didn’t say the bestiality interpretation worked, but what Zach was trying to show would’ve been clearer with 2 sets of swim fins. The fish is just a red herring. And I still like my “fishiality” joke, in any case.

The “bestiality” interpretation doesn’t work, because then the punchline would be “They no longer allow scuba divers.” The fact that it’s now only one at a time indicates that something happened that requires two people.
