I can't believe nobody is mentioning my all-time favorite web comic, Order Of The Stick (first strip: http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0001.html). Granted it started out as a strip for D&D players, but it is quite comprehensible (and funny!) to people who have never played D&D. Even my parents like it (and I'm pretty sure they think D&D is evil)! I know I’m chiming in late here…

If you go to the main comics page (http://www.chron.com/apps/comics/showComics.mpl), you will see a link that says "Can't open color comics?" It will lead you to a page that tells you what settings to change in your browser to get the color comics to show....
