Okay, this one works better when you know that it’s part of an arc where her father and brothers are out on a camping trip, leaving Paige home with just her mother. She’s so used to her brothers’ “belittling wisecracks” whenever she says something good about herself (”Do I look cute in this shirt, or what?!” “Maybe, compared to the Creature from the Black Lagoon.”) that without them to “belittle” her, she’s getting bigger.
Mithridates, he died old.

Yeah, her brothers aren’t there to put her ‘down’, so she’s going up. Could it have something to do with being ‘too big for your britches’ too?

Brother isn’t there to cut her down to size, so she keeps growing and growing…

Alternative theory, she’s used to it, so she’s above it all.

Bill, I think your title either intentionally or otherwise managed to get this comic by itself…

I agree - without her brothers to belittle her, she’s embiggening herself
