Frazz wants in on the fun!

I’m not sure if you’re supposed to understand the mischief- I think the point is that Frazz’s curiosity was piqued by the strange request, and has been said before, he wants in.

Leaf blower: cannon
bottle brush: ramrod
baggie full of flour: ammunition
I question the use of the term “borrow” for the last one.

Frazz is way too mature to “want in on the fun.” Frazz doesn’t do mischief. He’s implying in his oh-so-child-empathetic way that this better be a science project where adult supervison is needed.

I really don’t think you’re supposed to understand what he’s going to do with those supplies - one of those “your imagination can do better than the cartoonist spelling it out situations.”

You know, I considered sending this to CIDU myself, but decided that the point was the reader’s imagination could come up with better than the artist could spell out.

Doesn’t flower that is suspended in air inside a bag (like snow in a snow globe) become explosive? It seems to me I heard somewhere that if it was floating in the air in a bad, it would be explosive. Or maybe I’m crazy.

Flour suspended in the air in a room can explode. Inside a bag, not so much. Not enough air to mix with the flour.

Much like Calvin and Hobbes’ “noodle incident”, the imagination is more fun than anything the cartoonist could devise.
